We help student-athletes stay healthy, recover safely, and perform at their best. At the same time, we give unused sports gear a second life by donating it to athletes in need.

Founder's Story — Why We Started

Sports Rehab Guide for Student Athletes was started by a father who watched his own son go through every parent's worst sports moment.

At just 14 years old, his son — a passionate baseball player — broke his ankle during a school team game. What followed was three full months of not being able to walk. Three months away from the field. Three months of physical therapy, frustration, and slow recovery.

During that time, the family learned firsthand how much the right rehab guidance, the right equipment, and the right support matter to a young athlete's comeback. They also realized how many student-athletes never get access to those resources at all — and how much perfectly good gear sits unused in garages while other kids can't afford their own.

That experience became the heart of this mission: to make sure no young athlete has to recover alone, and no kid has to stay on the sidelines just because they don't have the gear.
